South bank was a fun surprise - a carnival-esque boardwalk with a view of the London Eye and Big Ben, some huge-ass bubble making lady and the Real Food Market. Still not as epic as Borough Market but we did leave with a red velvet whoopie pie and giganormous peanut butter cookie in hand. The weather has been amazing (in yo face HK) so it seemed like a good day to cross the river and explore. First times are usually the best times.
